TENT SELECTION
HIGH PEAK TENTS
Our most popular tent rental option, high peak tents are ideal for smaller events where you just want shade or cover but don’t have much space. These are our most versatile tents, as they can be installed on a variety of different surfaces.
STRUCTURE TENTS
Structure tents come in a wide variety of sizes, perfect for larger events. They have no center pole, which allows for an open and flexible event layout, and the sturdy frame allows for a longer-term setup. These tents require a set-up location with level ground.
SAILCLOTH TENTS
For weddings and other high-end events, sailcloth tents are a beautiful option. They’re made out of translucent fabric, which creates a much more elegant look than our other vinyl options. These come at a higher price tag, and the end result is well worth it. Sailcloth tents have center poles, and both solid and clear side walls are available.
POLE TENTS
Pole tents are a cost-conscious choice for weddings or other larger events. This tent comes in widths of 40′ or 60′, and the length is easily customizable. They will have one or more center poles, depending on the length. Pole tents are better for short-term setup and they must be staked, so they are typically installed on grass or gravel.
FRAME TENTS
Frame tents are another great option for weddings or events. Unlike pole tents, frame tents do not have a center pole, and so they allow for more flexibility in your event layout. This tent comes in a 40′ width and can be customized for 40′-100′ lengths. This tent is available in solid or clear vinyl roof options and can be installed on a variety of surfaces.
POP-UP & DIY TENTS
Including standard pop-up tents and larger, more durable options, these tents give you the freedom to pick up from our warehouse and install at your convenience. Note that pop up tents can’t be left up overnight, and they don’t handle inclement weather well. For something sturdier than a pop-up tent, talk to us about our new DIY pole tents.
